Cookie Consent Hub Getting StartedConnecting Your Webflow Site

Connecting Your Webflow Site

Integrating with Webflow is fully automated. Connect your Webflow account from the Sites page—all site connections use OAuth. You don't need to manually enter a domain URL or paste code into Webflow Site Settings.

1

Start the Connection

  • Log in to your account. You will be automatically directed to the Sites dashboard.
  • Click the Connect to Webflow button.
2

Authorize the App

  • You will be redirected to the official Webflow Authorization page.
  • Select the specific Webflow Site(s) you wish to connect from the list.
  • Click the Authorize App button.
  • After authorization, open your site in the dashboard and click Add script via Webflow.
3

Finalize and Go Live

  • Go back to your Webflow Designer or Dashboard.
  • Click the Publish button at the top right.
  • Select your domains and click Publish to Selected Domains.
🎉 Setup Complete! Your site is now connected and ready to track data.

Site URLs are managed by Webflow, not edited manually in Cookie Consent Hub. If you add or change a custom domain in Webflow, open the Sites page and click Sync Webflow sites to refresh URLs here.

4

Removing the App

Cookie Consent Hub removes scripts through the Webflow Custom Code API — you do not need to hunt for pasted snippets in Site Settings.

  • Remove from one site: Open the site in your dashboard and click Remove script from Webflow.
  • Disconnect entirely: On the Sites page, click Disconnect Webflow to remove the script from all connected Webflow sites and revoke the integration in Cookie Consent Hub.
  • Publish in Webflow: After removal, publish your site in the Webflow Designer so the live site no longer loads the banner.
  • Optional: Revoke app access in your Webflow account's authorized applications settings.
5

Updating the CDN script

When a newer consent bundle is released, your site overview may show Update available. Click Upgrade script, then publish your site in Webflow so the live domain loads the new version.

See the full guide for manual installs, verification steps, and common mistakes: Updating the CDN Script.

Important: Keep Webflow Domains in Sync

Site domains are managed by Webflow and synced into Cookie Consent Hub.

If you add or update domains in Webflow, follow these steps:

  • Go to your Cookie Consent Hub Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Sites page.
  • Click Sync Webflow sites to refresh domains and site metadata.
  • Re-publish your site from the Webflow Designer to ensure the settings are updated.

Why is this necessary? > Keeping domains synced ensures your consent script and site mapping stay accurate.
